Orders and delivery
We ship across India with trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days from order confirmation, and the estimate is shown on every product page and at checkout.
Cancellations and our policy
All sales are final: we don't accept returns or exchanges and don't issue refunds once an order is paid. An unpaid online order can be cancelled from My orders. For any problem with an order, contact support and we'll look into it.
Common situations
- My order arrived damaged or with a defect
- Check the garments when they arrive. If something is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- I'm not sure about my size
- Use the size chart on the product page. Items can't be exchanged for fit, so ask us before you order if you're between sizes.
- I need help choosing a style or fabric
- Product pages list fabric, care and fit notes. For help choosing between styles or colours, message us on WhatsApp or the contact form.
