No returns, exchanges or refunds
Every purchase on Tinkly Fashion is final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t issue refunds once an order has been paid.
Please check the size chart, fabric, colour and product details on the product page before you buy. If you have a question about a product, contact us before placing your order.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order only while it is unpaid, for example if you left checkout before paying. Open My Orders, select the order and choose Cancel Order.
- Orders that aren’t paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically. You are not charged for them.
- Once payment is complete, the order can’t be cancelled.
- In the rare case we can’t fulfil a paid order, our team will contact you about your payment.
